On most occasions we will know of sites which might be perfect for your event, but what really makes us different is our ability to find those hidden gems that have never been used before and make the impossible happen.
A suitable venue for a pop up festival ideally has to be large enough for the event and provide good vehicle access, have reasonably level ground and preferably on site water. It also has to be near to our clients preferred locations, have the right aesthetics and offer those personal choices that make each venue unique to you and your event, such as woodland or lakes, camping spaces or the ability to play music all night etc.
Once we have found a suitable site we then locate the landowners and seek initial permission and availability before consulting the local authorities and establishing the viability of any necessary licensing.
Only when we have established all of the above criteria will we suggest potential sites to you.
Our venue finding fee is £350.00 including VAT payable in advance.
When you book an event with us the venue finding fee is deducted from your account.
